Welcome

We would like to offer a warm welcome to visitors to the DANTA website. DANTA is a non-profit organization run by people who share a great concern for the plight of the world's rainforests. We hope to make a contribution to preserving these magnificent ecosystems through our education programs and our support of local conservation enterprises.

We invite you to join our efforts, by taking part in one of our exciting courses held at El Zota Biological Field Station, situated in one of the most bio-diverse regions of Central America. As our organization grows, we plan to run courses in other outstanding locations in the tropics. Wherever our courses are held, our expert and enthusiastic faculty will provide an authentic and highly educational rainforest experince that you will never forget.
